Pricing questions
What counts as a report? +
A report is counted when you either generate the final impressions with our AI assist, or sign off and finalize a report — whichever comes first. Each report is counted at most once, so generating impressions and then signing the same report uses one credit, not two.
What happens when I hit my monthly limit? +
You can keep drafting and editing reports — the limit only applies to generating impressions or signing. Upgrade to Pro at any time and your new quota takes effect immediately.
Which payment methods do you accept? +
All major Indian payment methods via Razorpay: UPI (Autopay), credit and debit cards, net banking, and wallets. International cards are accepted but may incur additional charges from your issuer.
Will I get a GST invoice? +
Yes. Every Pro subscription charge generates a GST-compliant invoice emailed to you within 24 hours, with full breakdown (base + 18% GST). Add your business name and GSTIN in billing settings before your first charge to have it on every invoice.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. Cancel from your billing settings — your Pro access continues until the end of your current paid billing period, and no further charges are made.
Do you offer refunds? +
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. We don't offer pro-rated refunds for partial months, but you can cancel anytime and won't be charged again. For billing errors or duplicate charges, email support@medsee.ai within 7 days.
