1. Subscription billing
Medsee paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Razorpay. By starting a paid plan, you authorise Medsee to charge your selected payment method on each renewal date until you cancel.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You will continue to have full access to the paid plan through the end of that period.
3. Refunds
We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months. Once a billing period has begun, the amount paid for that period is non-refundable, except as described below.
3.1 Billing errors and duplicate charges
If you believe you have been charged in error, or have been charged more than once for the same billing period, email support@medsee.ai within 7 days of the charge with the relevant order/transaction details. We will investigate and, if the claim is verified, refund the disputed amount within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
3.2 Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Razorpay will retry the charge per its standard retry schedule. If the payment cannot be collected, your subscription will be suspended at the end of the current paid period. No refund is owed for failed renewals.
4. Custom plans
Refund and cancellation terms for Custom plans are governed by the order form or contract signed with your organisation.
