1. About the service
Medsee is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) radiology workflow tool. It assists qualified medical professionals in producing radiology reports — including AI-assisted draft findings, structured templates, viewer integration, and reporting workflow automation. Medsee is a tool used by medical professionals. Medsee does not itself provide medical advice, medical diagnosis, or patient care. All clinical decisions and final reports remain the sole responsibility of the qualified medical professional using the platform.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- You must be a qualified medical professional, a member of a healthcare organisation, or otherwise authorised to access radiology imaging and reporting workflows under applicable law.
- You represent that all information you provide during sign-up is accurate and that you are authorised to bind your organisation, where applicable.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@medsee.ai if you suspect unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service in violation of any law or regulation applicable to you or your organisation.
- Upload patient data without the lawful basis, consent, or authorisation required by applicable law.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the service.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the service without our written consent.
- Use the service to develop a competing product.
- Interfere with the security or integrity of the service.
5. Plans, billing, and subscriptions
5.1 Plans
- Free: ₹0 / month. Limited to 10 reports per user per calendar month. All features included.
- Pro: ₹2,000 + applicable GST per user per month. Up to 900 reports per user per billing cycle.
- Custom: Tailored pricing for organisations with higher volume needs. Available on request.
5.2 Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Razorpay. By starting a paid plan you authorise recurring charges to your selected payment method until you cancel. Prices are quoted exclusive of GST, which is added at the applicable statutory rate.
5.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period; you retain access through that period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
5.4 Changes to pricing
We may change pricing on a prospective basis with at least 30 days' notice by email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
6. Intellectual property
Medsee, including its software, models, templates, and brand assets, is owned by Medsee AI Private Limited and its licensors. You retain ownership of your data — including reports you author and study metadata you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide and improve the service, subject to our Privacy Policy.
7. Confidentiality and data protection
We handle personal data and patient data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
8. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and events beyond our reasonable control may affect availability. Service-level commitments, if any, are described in your plan or order form.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The service is a workflow tool only and is not a substitute for the professional judgment of a qualified medical professional.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Medsee in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Medsee AI Private Limited, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the service, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service for material breach of these Terms or for non-payment. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@medsee.ai. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) shall survive.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
